June 2005: RGS Consulting Services, LLC was founded on the principle that the commonly practiced 'one-size fits all' approach does not.
Internal Controls Projects Completed
2005:
RGS Consulting Services, LLC managed the S-Ox effort at a registrant's European headquarters. The registrant determined, and its independent auditor accepted its assessment of its internal controls for the fiscal year ended 2005.
2006:
RGS Consulting Services, LLC assisted a registrant prepare for voluntary management assessment of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance for its fiscal year 2005 by preparing documentation to be used by testers for one of the registrants largest US-based subsidiaries.
RGS Consulting Services, LLC was hired to provide forensic auditing services and to simultaneously prepare a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization for its fiscal year 2006 financial audit.
RGS Consulting Services, LLC assisted the European Headquarters of a Japanese manufacturer with its Sarbanes-Oxley certification of the regional Human Resources department.
